Child Discipline

Discipline
The practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior.
The controlled behavior resulting form such training.

Discipline is not punishment; it is training and a code of conduct. As parents we should strive to train by example and employ natural consequences of a child’s actions to instruct, train and motivate our children in their behavior.

When we successfully administer discipline we have shown them strategies to be successful and work toward their goals.
